Ultimate Development & Renovation Inc. is business partnership operating in Chicagoland. We offer interior renovations and services in residential and commercial sector.
Gary and Alex joined forces to create this great company focusing on two things: Quality and Customer Service. Our goal is to provide the best service possible and complete your projects with the highest quality.

Gary has over 20 years of experience in construction project management. He worked in small and large corporations where he had the opportunity to complete broad range of residential and commercial projects. He has a great personality, positive attitude and he will go above and beyond to help you with all aspects of your project. 

Alex has over 23 years of experience as General Contractor. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Engineering at the Ukraine. He had the opportunity to work in diverse environments and broad range of projects which enables him to quickly understand client needs, effectively communicate all aspects of the project, utilize a proactive approach in solving problems, and ensure that each project is being completed with great attention to detail and high quality work to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
